The Esmee bed is amazing, and it looks just like the pictures. The color of the fabric is true to the photos and very soft. The only warning about this bed is if you get it with storage, it is kind of heavy to lift, depending on how much your mattress weighs. Love this queen bed frame. It has a tufted cover which will be useful for washing as the time comes since I’m sensitive to dust. It’s very sturdy and has a slight elevation from the ground which is practical but also reduces the dust going under the bed. The bed frame came well packaged. It was a simple assemble. I like the fact that I can take out the covers for an easy clean. I ordered the yellow and white to switch off when I need a different vibe. I wish they had it in chocolate brown. The headboard is my favorite because I can sit up and relax while I’m reading a book. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
